Our OFFERINGS

  • We offer Strength & Conditioning small group classes with influences, and elements of CrossFit, HIIT, Functional fitness, Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting, Aerobic Capacity, Strongman, Powerlifting, and training disciplines of all sorts.

    This will be an education through movement, data collection, testing, and retesting. Our focus will be making movements and programming accessible for athletes of all levels, with an emphasis on safety. 

  • Engine is designed to promote cardiovascular health and increase aerobic capacity and muscular endurance. Engine classes consist of machine work from rowing to skiing, running, bodyweight movements, mixed modalities, object carries and varying time domains. 

  • INNR’s ILLEGAL WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB will focus on both major lifts, Snatch and Clean & Jerk. We will also developing the necessary strength & technique to advance lifters at all levels. 

    Our unique approach to Olympic weightlifting is designed to be inclusive, accessible, educational, and the furthest thing from elitist as possible. It’s for everyone.
