ABOUT US

INNR’s Mission:

INNR was created in response to every space that ever made someone feel unwelcome, every coach that was inattentive, every program that lacked creativity, or effectiveness.

INNR was a call to arms for performance spaces, community building, strength & conditioning, inclusivity, and CrossFit.

The idea that we can do better, that we must do better.

INNR is a reminder that no one’s experience is more important than the other, that relative intensity also means relative victory. A podium finish, or a first pull up, should be celebrated with equal excitement for the person who put forth the work.

Yes, we are a community, but more so we are a team that celebrates each other’s victories as much as our own. The idea that if one of us is growing, we all are growing, if one of us wins, we all win.

We are one team moving forward, without factions, cliques, or wishing your teammates anything less than success. If you’re on the team, that’s it, you’re on the team.

We celebrate one another, rely on one another, and work hard together towards a common goal.

Personal betterment.

If muscle is made in the kitchen, then strength is in the mind. For that, you must journey inward, for that you must have inner strength.

This is our mission, to find it, develop it, and never look back.
